Timeless Swedish design in a modern work environment.
Nivikas office
Modern lunchroom meets Swedish furniture tradition.
Nivika’s new lunchroom has been given a warm and carefully considered character, where materials, colours and form come together to create a cohesive whole. Here, a modern workplace setting meets the Swedish furniture tradition of solid wood, with furniture chosen both for everyday functionality and for the many interactions that take place throughout the working day.
Stolab has supplied Lilla Åland and Miss Tailor for the office’s shared spaces. Together, they create an environment that feels both welcoming and professional, while adding a softer, more tactile quality.

Classic design in new contexts.
Around the round Miss Tailor tables in light matt lacquered oak are Lilla Åland chairs in two different finishes: light matt lacquered oak and birch in the colour Åska. The variation brings life to the space and makes it possible to create different expressions within one cohesive interior.
Carl Malmsten’s Lilla Åland contributes its familiar spindle-back silhouette and distinct sense of craftsmanship, while Jonas Lindvall’s Miss Tailor adds a soft, contemporary form with generous proportions. Together, they create natural settings for conversation, breaks and spontaneous meetings.

Furniture for workplaces, designed to stand the test of time.
In a modern office environment, furniture needs to work across a variety of situations. It should be comfortable, durable and flexible, while also contributing to the identity and atmosphere the company wants to create.
At Nivika’s new office, the solid wood furniture provides a warm contrast to the more pared-back architecture. It is an example of how furniture for public spaces can combine function, quality and an expression designed to stand the test of time.
